HOW TO PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?

If you have chosen bank transfer as a payment method, you will receive an email where you will be notified of the details to make the payment. You will have up to 7 days to make it, otherwise we will proceed with the cancellation of the order. The order will be shipped as soon as we have received the bank transfer.

HOW DO I PAY WITH PAYPAL?

By selecting the PayPal payment method you can pay either by credit card without being registered or automatically with your Paypal account and total security guaranteed by us and also guaranteed by the PayPal service.

HOW DO I PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?

By selecting the Pay with Card method you can pay with all the cards or prepaid cards indicated in the dedicated section with a simple click and in total safety.

IS USING MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD A SAFE METHOD?

All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

PROCEED TO ORDER

1. After selecting the product you want, click on "Add to cart".

2. Add other products in the same way or click on "Proceed to order".

3. Confirm your shipping address. Be careful to enter the name that the courier will find on the bell in the "additional information" section .

4. Choose the payment method you want to use and if you have a promotional code you can use it during the payment.

5. At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data and the expected delivery date. If you have a discount code to use, enter it.

6. To complete the order, complete the purchase.

At this point you will receive a confirmation email to the address you registered on our site. If you do not see it, try checking the Spam folder. You can also check all the details relating to your order by logging into your account directly.

It is not possible to add more items when you have already completed the order. If you want, you can make another one.

After completing the order, it is not possible for us to change the shipping address.

Reimbursement
If you return one or more items of your order, the corresponding amount will be credited to the card or bank account associated with it.

Returns and refunds will not be made on CUSTOMIZED models upon request.

RETURNS

The deadline for making the return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To make a return it is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging, which has NEVER been used outside, after which contact us at the assistance service by email by writing to info @ ev8style .com or on WhatsApp at +39 3 383390150 . When the inspection department confirms that the returned product is considered NEW, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund that will be made in accordance with the payment method you used for the order excluding shipping costs. If the order was placed with payment on delivery, we kindly ask you to provide us with your IBAN to issue a refund.

The shipping for the return of the products is charged to the customer, as well as any customs fees (in case of return outside the EEC). We also offer a courier collection service at a cost of € 15 which will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.

YOU CHANGE

The exchange can be made with any item of the same or higher cost than the one purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item is instead changed with one of a lower amount, no monetary refund will be issued but only a voucher that can be spent only on ev8style.com. The deadline for making the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exchange goods and reserve the item you want as a replacement, you must first contact the assistance service by email by writing to info@ev8style.com or on WhatsApp at +39 3383390150.

To return the goods you have two options, the first: it is the EXCHANGE method or, after having contacted us and reserved the goods for exchange, the same will be immediately sent to you by our courier who will collect your return upon delivery (EXCHANGE) . All at a cost of € 15.00 which you will pay to the courier in cash. The second: insert 10 € inside the package for the return shipment and send the product by courier or post at your expense by entering EV8 Style di Edoardo Vicalvi, Via Tazio Nuvolari 243, 00142, RM at our office.

SHIPPING TIMES

All products are created after your order to give an artisanal and unique look to your product. The standard shipment of products available in stock is normally carried out within 1-5 days (Italy). Express shipping provides delivery within 1-3 days. All shipments are made by insured courier to guarantee your purchases as much as possible. Small setbacks can lengthen the times by up to 24 hours. But in these cases you can always track your order from your account.

SHIPPING RATES

The rates are calculated by the system during the purchase. Any customs fees are charged to the customer. Below is a table with a summary of the costs divided by area. Rates are expressed in Euros € .

HOW TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT

To follow your shipment step by step we have several free services that we make available for our customer. You can track your package through your customer account on our site or simply through your email with which you placed the order (as long as the email provided is real) or even via SMS (always if the number provided is real) . The latter service is only available for Italy.

The items available on our site are supplied exclusively by official manufacturers. This guarantees the customer the originality and quality of our products.

We remind all our customers how to wash shoes:

- We use metal components in brass, anti-rust and anti-allergic nickel free, but this does not guarantee the non-appearance of rust if the shoes are left damp or wet. Dry the shoe thoroughly, and with particular care the inside of the shoe, where water could accumulate inside the stud. Use a hairdryer;

- All models must be placed in cotton bags before putting them in the washing machine but it is always better to wash them by hand gently in cold water, avoiding rubbing the fabrics directly;

- If you really want to use the washing machine, the studs without fabric personalization can be washed at 30 degrees, preferably with quick washes, the personalized fabrics with fabric must be washed with "hand" washing mode in cold water with max 600-800 turns of centrifuge;

- To clean footwear treated with neoprene adhesives or applied fabrics, it is recommended to use cold water, liquid neutral soaps followed by an abundant but quick rinse. Avoid, if possible and as always, washing in the washing machine;

- the silk personalized items absolutely must not touch water, they must be cleaned only with a sponge, cold water and neutral hand soap. Avoid immersion and do not dry in the sun or near heat sources (radiators);

- FOR ANY CLEANING OR WASHING OR CONTACT WITH LIQUIDS, dry them completely and immediately or as soon as possible with the hairdryer from inside to avoid accumulation of water inside the studs. Until completely dry. This is in all cases of contact with water or liquids as mentioned;

For better maintenance of your EV8 Style products, a delicate wash is recommended. It is recommended not to proceed with the dryer but also using a traditional hairdryer, or in the air, not in the sun, and away from heat sources.
