Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Returns and refunds will not be made on CUSTOM models.

RETURNS

The deadline for returning the goods is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To make a return, the goods must be completely intact in the original packaging and must NEVER have been used.

To make a return and reserve the item you want as a replacement, you must first contact us at the customer service by email by writing to us at info@ev8style.com or on WhatsApp at +39 3383390150.

When the inspection department confirms that the product you are returning is considered NEW, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refund that will be made in accordance with the payment method you used for the order excluding shipping costs. If the order was placed with cash on delivery we kindly ask you to provide us with your IBAN to issue the refund.

The shipping for the return of the products is at the customer's expense, as well as any customs charges (in case of returns outside the EEC).

CHANGES

The exchange can be made with any item of equal or higher cost than the one purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item is exchanged for one of lower value, no monetary refund will be issued but only a voucher to be spent only on ev8style.com. The deadline for making the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
It is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging and that they have NEVER been used outside.

The shipping for the return of the products is at the customer's expense, as well as any customs charges (in case of return outside the EEC). The customer also remains at the customer's expense for the shipping of the new item chosen.

To return the goods, send the product via courier or post to our headquarters EV8 Style di Edoardo Vicalvi, Via Tazio Nuvolari 243, 00142, Rome.

Only after receiving the package you sent, we will check the returned product and, if it is like NEW, we will ship the chosen item.
Exchanges and refunds will not be made on CUSTOM models.

SHIPPING TIMES.

Shipping times vary depending on the type of rope chosen:

- Rope White, Black and Cream: Ships in 2-3 working days.

- Rope Tint:  Ships in 3-5 days.

- Air Force Tint + Rope Tint: Production and shipping times of 15/20 working days. This version requires a longer manufacturing process since every detail of the sneakers is carefully taken care of to guarantee you a high quality product.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

When the goods leave our warehouse you will receive an email to the email address indicated in the order in which you will find the tracking and the courier used by us for the shipment. You will also receive notifications from the courier via email and/or SMS regarding the status of the shipment and you will be able to change the time and day of delivery.
