The deadline for making the return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To make a return it is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging, which has NEVER been used outside, after which contact us at the assistance service by email by writing to info @ ev8style .com or on WhatsApp at +39 3 383390150 . When the inspection department confirms that the returned product is considered NEW, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund that will be made in accordance with the payment method you used for the order excluding shipping costs. If the order was placed with payment on delivery, we kindly ask you to provide us with your IBAN to issue a refund.
The shipping for the return of the products is charged to the customer, as well as any customs fees (in case of return outside the EEC). We also offer a courier collection service at a cost of € 15 which will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.
The exchange can be made with any item of the same or higher cost than the one purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item is instead changed with one of a lower amount, no monetary refund will be issued but only a voucher that can be spent only on ev8style.com. To return the goods you have two options, the first: it is the EXCHANGE method or, after having contacted us and reserved the goods for exchange, the same will be immediately sent to you by our courier who will collect your return upon delivery (EXCHANGE) . All at a cost of € 15.00 which you will pay to the courier in cash. The second: insert 10 € inside the package for the return shipment and send the product by courier or post at your expense by entering EV8 Style di Edoardo Vicalvi, Via Tazio Nuvolari 243, 00142, RM at our office.

Express shipping provides delivery within 1-3 days. All shipments are made by insured courier to guarantee your purchases as much as possible. Small setbacks can lengthen the times by up to 24 hours. But in these cases you can always track your order from your account.

You can track your package through your customer account on our site or simply through your email with which you placed the order (as long as the email provided is real) or even via SMS (always if the number provided is real) . The latter service is only available for Italy.
