HOW DO I PAY IN THREE INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS?

You can use Scalapay or Klarna to pay in three interest-free installments.

The payment for each installment will be automatically debited from the debit or credit card entered at the time of payment. Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed, installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

HOW DO I PAY WITH SCALAPAY OR KLARNA?

By selecting Klarna or Scalapay as your payment method, you can pay with a credit card without being registered or automatically with your Scalapay or Klarna account in complete security.

The “Pay in 3 installments” option will appear if available, select it.
You will receive quick feedback.

It's simple, choose Scalapay or Klarna as your payment method when you shop online. Log in to your Scalapay or Klarna account and you will see the "Pay in 3 installments" option available, if the product you have chosen allows this form. If so, you can request payment in installments in a few steps, receiving quick feedback from Scalapay or Klarna to complete your purchase. At the time of your request, Scalapay or Klarna may need to check your creditworthiness with credit information systems, so they may need to provide information on how you manage your repayments. If Scalapay or Klarna passes on your data, a record will remain on your profile from the moment the financing agreement is signed. It is therefore important that you are able to pay the repayment installments and are sure you can meet them.

“Pay in 3 installments” is available for products that accept this method from €30 to €2000.

No, there are no costs associated with "Pay in 3 installments", including penalties for non-payment. However, remember that this is a financing arrangement, so make sure you are able to repay it to avoid, for example, any impact on your creditworthiness.

If your financing application is approved, you are entering into a contract with Scalapay or Klarna. This means that Scalapay or Klarna is the creditor.

Log in to your Scalapay or Klarna account, go to "Pay in 3 installments" and then click on the "Pay in 3 installments" payment you want to refer to. You can see the amounts of your previous payments in your "Pay in 3 installments" activity. You can also see the amounts of upcoming payments by clicking on Show upcoming payments. The amount you still owe appears under "Remaining".

HOW DO I PAY WITH BANK TRANSFER?

If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive an email with the details to make the payment. You will have up to 7 days to complete it, otherwise we will proceed with cancelling the order. The order will be shipped as soon as we have received the bank transfer.

HOW DO I PAY WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?

By selecting the "Pay by Card" method, you can make the payment with all credit or prepaid cards indicated in the dedicated section with a simple click and in complete security.

IS USING MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD A SECURE METHOD?

PROCEED TO ORDER

1. After selecting the desired product, click on "Add to cart".

2. Add other products in the same way or click on "Proceed to checkout".

3. Confirm your shipping address. Make sure to enter the name that the courier will find on the doorbell in the "additional information" section.

4. Choose the payment method you want to use and if you have a promotional code, you can use it during payment.

5. At this point, you will be directed to the final page with a summary of your details and the estimated delivery date. If you have a discount code to use, enter it.

6. To complete the order, finalize the purchase.

At this point, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you registered on our site. If you don't see it, try checking your spam folder. You can also check all details related to your order by directly accessing your account.

It is not possible to add other items once you have completed the order. If you wish, you can place another order.

After completing the order, we cannot change the shipping address.

Refund
If you return one or more items from your order, the corresponding amount will be credited to the card or bank account associated with it.
