How can I make a purchase on your online store?

1. Browse. Browse our product categories and view more details on each product page.

2. Choose. Select the size (if the option is available) and add the chosen product to your Shopping Bag by clicking on the 'ADD TO CART' button.

3. Review before purchasing. Check all the products you have selected by clicking ' CART' at the top of each page.

4. Purchase. Complete your purchase by clicking ' PROCEED TO ORDER' and following the instructions to provide your delivery address and payment information.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Standard shipping for products available in stock is normally within 2-5 business days, while standard shipping for more complex models ranges from 15-20 days. Express shipping provides delivery within 1-3 days. All shipments are made via insured courier to fully guarantee your purchases. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next day.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by accessing the " Track my order" section, or via email or SMS if you have provided the correct information.

 

Can I return a product?

You can return any product purchased from your online store and receive a refund, exchange, or voucher, with the exception of custom-made products. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. You must ship the product you intend to return to us within 14 days of its delivery date. After 14 days from their delivery, products can no longer be returned. You can make a return by reading the Shipping, Exchanges & Returns section.

 

Can I exchange a product?

It is possible to exchange or replace the size, model, or color. It is not possible to exchange custom-made items. You can request a size exchange by accessing the Shipping, Exchanges & Returns section.

 

How do I know if a product is available in my size?

There are 2 ways to check size availability. You can choose the product category you are interested in and filter by size. Alternatively, go to the product page where you will find the available sizes indicated in a drop-down menu.

 

Can I order by Phone?

Yes. You can purchase through our Customer Service at +39 3383390150. Our experts will be available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

 

Do I need to create an online account to place an order?

Registration is not mandatory to place an order. At the time of purchase, simply choose the 'guest' option.

Even if not mandatory, registration offers several advantages. Therefore, we advise you to take a minute to register.

You will be able to make future purchases without having to re-enter your payment and address information. You can save favorite products to your Wishlist, track your order directly from 'My Account', check your order history, and make changes to your personal details at any time.

 

How can I ensure that my order has been placed correctly?

After placing your order on the online store, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact our Customer Service.

Before delivering your order, a credit card data verification may take place. This verification normally takes less than 24 hours, but consequently, delivery times may be subject to delays. 

If payment authorization is approved and the product is available, you will receive another email from us confirming the shipment of your order. 

Customer Service reserves the right to contact you for further information regarding payment authorization.

 

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?

To ensure delivery as quickly as possible, our orders are processed and fulfilled within a few hours. This makes it impossible for us to accept modification requests once an order has been authorized.

Can I add a product to an existing order?

We cannot add a product to an order or combine two orders into the same delivery after the order has been placed on our site. If you wish to add a product to your order, simply place a new order for the additional item.



Which size should I choose?

All our products are designed in Italian sizes, and these are the ones you can choose during purchase. If you are used to other local sizes, we have provided a guide for our footwear, accessories, and apparel.

Different products may fit differently depending on the style. We offer easy returns and exchanges.



Can I still order a product from the previous season?

Only models and styles from the current online catalog are available for purchase. Generally, products from previous seasons are not available. You can find items from previous seasons on our website.



How can I edit my account details?

You can edit account details in 'My Account' on our website. Simply log in to your account using your email address and password. Click on 'Details' and update the details. Remember to save the changes.




I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten or lost your account password, you need to create a new one.

To create a new password, click on "Login" at the top of each page and click on the link that says 'Forgot your Password?'

You will need to enter the email address linked to your account. We will send you an email containing a link to the page where you can create a new password.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes. You can send any purchase as a gift, just select the gift option in the Shopping Bag. The gift option is free.

If you select a purchase as a gift, you can include a message that will be printed on the gift card with a designer illustration. The card will be placed in an envelope inside the package and enclosed in special packaging.

The product price will not be visible in the package, except for gifts shipped to Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Switzerland, Norway, United Arab Emirates, and Hong Kong SAR China, where it is mandatory to display product prices on the invoice.

If you purchase an item as a gift, you will receive it enclosed in a special signed box. You can also include an envelope with a personalized message card. The gift option is free.



Do I have to pay additional taxes or fees?

For Italy, VAT is included in all prices displayed on the website and no other taxes or duties will be applied at checkout or requested upon delivery.


What is meant by "As new" condition?

Products returned to us must be 100% "as new". This means they must not have been worn, except for trying them on, and must not have scratches on any part of the upper or sole, traces of dirt, signs of wear, or excessive creases.

When trying on shoes, and before deciding whether to keep them, we suggest walking only on a carpet, to protect the soles.

Items that are not "as new" will not be accepted.

 

Can I remove the labels from the products?

Labels attached to products must not be removed if you plan to return your purchase(s). If the labels have been removed, the products will not be accepted as returns.

 

When will I receive a refund confirmation for my return?

When the inspection department confirms that the product you returned is 'as new', you will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund, which will be processed according to the payment method you used for the order.


How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

As soon as the refund is processed to the payment method you used for the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

For orders paid with a credit card, it may take up to 14 days for the amount to appear on your credit card statement. For orders paid via PayPal, the refund usually appears within 24 hours in your PayPal account.

The refund processing date will be the same as the initial charge date. Therefore, the party who made the payment will not incur any loss in terms of bank interest.

 

Are products purchased online guaranteed?

All shoes for sale are 100% original.

We work exclusively with authorized agents and suppliers and rely on a Buying team that verifies and guarantees the quality of the items.

The products are not manipulated in any way and are shipped with original labels and any packaging.

If available, originality certificates are also sent.
